My goal at M.I.T. Fit is simple: to help you build strength, confidence, and discipline that lasts through effective fitness coaching. Every program I create, including tailored nutrition programs and strength training, combines science, structure, and real-world coaching to deliver real results.
With over 20 years in fitness coaching, performance training, and human movement, I bring a rare blend of technical expertise and hands-on coaching to M.I.T. Fit. My background spans personal training and high-level athletic development—fields where precision, discipline, and consistency are non-negotiable. These same standards also shape every strength training and nutrition program I build.
I am certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and hold advanced credentials, including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Health Coach certification—one of the most respected certifications in the performance industry. My approach to fitness coaching combines science-based training, practical lifestyle coaching, and a deep understanding of how mindset and structure drive long-term success, complemented by tailored nutrition programs and effective strength training.
